METHOD
Divide the warm cooked rice into six equal portions. With damp hands, flatten one portion, place about 20 g tuna filling in the center, enclose it completely, and shape gently into a compact triangle without crushing the grains. Brush lightly with teriyaki glaze. Cut each nori sheet into three strips and wrap one strip around each onigiri just before serving so it stays crisp.
