Champiñones al Ajillo
| 400 | g | Button mushrooms |
| 60 | ml | Olive oil |
| 6 | clove | Garlic |
| 2 | tbsp | Fresh parsley |
| 1 | tsp | Lemon juice |
Method
Slice mushrooms. Heat olive oil, add garlic and chili, cook briefly. Add mushrooms, sauté until tender and golden. Finish with parsley, lemon juice, and salt. Serve hot.
