Method
Blend feta, roasted red pepper, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and chili flakes until creamy but slightly textured. Fold in minced garlic. Adjust heat with more chili and balance with a touch more lemon. Chill 30 minutes for flavors to meld. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with warm pita or crudités.
