Chorizo al Vino
| 300 | g | Spanish chorizo sausage |
| 150 | ml | Red wine |
| 1 | tbsp | Olive oil |
Method
Slice chorizo into rounds. Heat olive oil, add chorizo and cook until browned. Add red wine, simmer until reduced to a syrupy glaze. Serve warm with toothpicks.
