Italian Sausage and Peppers

| 8 | piece | Italian sausages |
| 4 | piece | Bell peppers |
| 3 | cloves | Garlic |
| 3 | tbsp | Olive oil |

Method
Brown Italian sausages in a pan, remove. Sauté sliced bell peppers and onions in oil until soft. Add garlic, tomatoes, herbs, return sausages, simmer 20 min until cooked through. Serve sliced.
