Pimientos de Padrón
| 300 | g | Padrón peppers |
| 50 | ml | Olive oil |
| 1 | tsp | Sea salt |
Method
Heat olive oil in a pan until hot. Add whole peppers, cook shaking pan until blistered and charred. Drain on paper, sprinkle generously with sea salt. Serve immediately.
